Roller brushes. |

|
Spiral roller brushes type 220 -221 with metal sheet mounting have a very flexible range of dimensions. According to the tasks they have to fulfill they consist of spiral brush coils with a medium to very dense surface, perfectly ground, mounted on different core systems made of mild steel, stainless steel or non-ferrous metal. They can be used at high rotation speeds up to a circumferencial speed of 50 m/sec. |

Strip roller brushes type 302 with metal sheet mounting must only be purchased once including the brush core and can be easily refilled by self-mounting of the brush coil (resp. the circumferencial strips) in your own plant. The advantage of this system is the exchange of the strip brushes without having to demount the brush core and the robust construction which grants a trouble-free operation under extreme conditions, e.g. cleaning of conveyor belts. |

Roller brushes type 421-422 with plastic-, wooden- or metal cores and automatically punched tufts can be manufactured with different fill configurations and dimensions. An application up to a circumferencial speed of 15 m/sec. is possible. We either supply them with a complete sub-core made of steel or non-ferrous metal or with a bore diameter suitable for the pick-up of your primary shaft. |
Roller Brushes "throw-away-system" |
|
Spiral brush coils "welded package system" type 231 is a further developed version of the common spiral brush type with metal sheet mounting. Each face width required can be divided in the corresponding number of welded packages i. e. the coils are not loose but fixed together. Due to their compact construction these segments keep a constant high density and are appro-priate for easy and rapid self-mounting. |

Roller brushes ST-system are as topical as ever. The trapezoidal toothed-core system of these "throw-away-brushes" is rational and cost- resp. time-saving due to the quick mounting and de-mounting option. The trapezoidal cores interlock neatly and safely so the brush segments cannot rotate on the shaft and the brush surface shows no gaps, which grants an exact concentricity of the brush. It is also possible to mix segments with different fill material (soft and hard) on one brush core in order to obtain another brushing result. This "unit construction system" also offers the easy exchange of abrased ST-segments without having to purchase a complete new brush. |
