Tool brushes are used for mechanical surface treatment. They help to deburr tubes, profiles and surfaces and are applied for derusting, roughing or treatment of welding seams in the metal industry.
Strip- and sealing Brushes are a credit to their name: they seal movable parts against dirt and protect doors and windows against wind and rain. Other brush executions are used for cleaning, moistening, guiding of sensitive parts, braking or pressing.
Lath-, disc- and circular brushes are a careful support when transporting workpieces such as window frames whereas they are used as flexible support in the fleece textile production for protecting cutting and needle tools against damage. Especially in glass washing machines disc brushes provide clear visibility. Circular brushes are also applied in the paper- and packing industry where they help sorting out goods, labelling, bottling or bagging.
The application field for roller brushes includes washing, peeling and waxing procedures in the food industry as well as dulling, glazing and roughing of metal surfaces and dedusting, structuring and after treatment in the timber industry.
Antistatic- and ostrich feather brushes are versatile assistants. Electrostatic charge is not only disturbing but could be really dangerous, but without even touching the surfaces our antistatic brushes "remove the tension" resp. discharge. Dedusting car bodies before the final lacquer coat means brush contact with the surface, however, without leaving the slightest trace, of course - this is an appropriate task for our ostrich feather brushes.
Belt brushes are ideal for cleaning of surfaces made of all kind of material. But belt brushes are able to fulfill multiple tasks: they can transport sensitive workpieces carefully in horizontal, vertical or oblique position or remove residues on parts resp. strips during continuous passage across the running direction.
