No industry can work without lath brushes today. They are appropriate for stripping before the cleaning process, serve as careful and noise-deadening support for CNC-cutting and punching machines or simply act as assisting media to erect cardboard blanks. We so far have produced more than 4 500 different types of lath brushes and are of course prepared to fulfill your special requirements.
Disc brushes are considerably versatile tools. Used in different industries for washing, cleaning, polishing, deburring, greasing or powdering we have a range of about 2 500 versions available. We manufacture these brushes on semi- or fully automatical CNC-machines which guarantees the high quality and also individual designs are no problem. The most different fill material tufts can be punched on metal-, wooden- or plastic cores in a all required configurations.
Our circular brushes in this category have a maximum core length of 100 mm and can be applied, for instance, as guide of paper sheets while entering a printing machine or as paper feeder in rotary offset machines. In the tin preparation these brushes are also used as silencers. We manufacture our circular brushes in three densities (high, medium, low) completely filled or with a helix configuration.
